Internal Complaint Committee
An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is established under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2023. Its primary function is to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment in the workplace. The ICC aims to create a safe, secure and respectful environment for employees. The Bakshirhat Mahavidyalaya has decided to constitute the Internal Complaint Committee for the session 2025-26 with immediate effect and it will perform its duty until further order.
